In our continued efforts and commitment to deliver the most robust end-to-end cybersecurity services and solutions on the market, we’re elated to announce that we’re joining forces with ECS as their new cyber division. While we have known and worked with ECS for years, we’ve made our relationship official through the acquisition of our services and expertise — creating a more powerful cyber services organization.
Combining Iron Vine’s deep cyber expertise with ECS’ technical capabilities will provide our combined customers access to an elevated service of proven and innovative cybersecurity solutions.
What is ECS?
ECS, a segment of ASGN Incorporated, is a leading provider of solutions in science, engineering, and advanced technologies including cloud, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence (AI), data, and enterprise transformation solutions. With expert leaders in domain knowledge and cutting-edge technology in their Cyber Center of Excellence (CCE) and Security Operations Center (SOC), they protect some of the world’s most sensitive and complex networks. From government agencies to Fortune 500 companies, ECS serves federal civilian, defense, and commercial enterprises of all kinds. ECS provides a spectrum of solution delivery options, from managed security services to short-term professional service engagements.
What does this acquisition mean?
Iron Vine will continue our leadership in cybersecurity program development, security engineering, security operations center (SOC) management, securities controls testing, cloud infrastructure security, and digital forensics. As an ECS company, we’ll still be entrusted to protect the critical IT assets of our clients as before, and on an expanded level in both the public and private sectors.
ASGN Chief Executive Officer Ted Hanson shared in announcing the arrangement, sharing that “Iron Vine’s cybersecurity strength enhances ECS’ powerful solution set to enable the combined companies to capture some of today’s largest cybersecurity contracts across civilian, defense, and intelligence agencies.”
We couldn’t agree more and are excited to join the ECS team.
Stronger together
“We share a commitment to driving results for our customers by leveraging the latest technology along with leading cyber expertise,” said John Heneghan, ECS president. By combining and expanding our next-gen cybersecurity solutions and talented workforce, we strengthen our ability to deliver innovative solutions that protect our Nation’s most critical resources and move our customers’ missions forward.”
We couldn’t be more excited about where we’re going in 2023. We’re proud to start the year on such a strong footing with ECS. As we keep building successful customer relationships with some of the world’s leading agencies, we’re continuously inspired by our pooled resources to keep creating, innovating, and serving. Now, with our combined efforts, we’ll work together to solve the world’s most complex challenges with our advanced technology, science, and engineering solutions.
